Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Ai Matic Shopping account and personal data. It applies to Shopping specifically — the app with real end-customer accounts. Aimatic POS and Aimatic Sales are used by our business customers' own staff, whose accounts are managed by that business's ERPNext administrator directly.

How to request deletion

Choose whichever is easiest for you:

• In the app — open Ai Matic Shopping, go to Account → Privacy & data, and tap Request Account Deletion.
• By email — send a request to nabeelmehmood448@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.

What happens after you request deletion

Your request is logged and reviewed by the business — it is not instant, automatic deletion. Here's plainly what happens to your data:

• Removed or anonymized: your name, email address, phone number, and any saved delivery addresses.
• Retained for a period: records of orders and invoices already placed under your account. Businesses operating in Pakistan are legally required to keep sales and tax records for a minimum period — this obligation belongs to the business, not to your account, so it doesn't go away just because an account is deleted. Think of it the same way a shop keeps its own copy of a receipt even after handing you yours.

Once the retention period that applies to a given business's records has passed, and subject to that business's own data retention practices, the underlying order records may be deleted or fully anonymized as well.
