Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of aimatic.tech and any engagement, application, or service provided by Ai Matic ("Ai Matic", "we", "us"), including the Aimatic POS, Aimatic Sales, Aimatic Shopping, and Aimatic Restaurant applications. By using our website, engaging us for services, or installing any Aimatic app, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

Ai Matic is an independent software development practice providing ERPNext implementation and custom point-of-sale / business software development services, operating under the trade name "Ai Matic."

Our services

Ai Matic provides, on a project or ongoing-support basis:

• ERPNext setup, configuration, data migration, and customization.
• Custom point-of-sale and business software development, including the Aimatic POS, Sales, Shopping, and Restaurant applications.
• Integration work, including tax/compliance integrations (e.g. FBR e-invoicing) and hardware/device enrollment for POS terminals.
• Ongoing support and maintenance where separately agreed.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate agreement or written quotation between Ai Matic and the client — these Terms apply in addition to, not instead of, that agreement where one exists.

Using Aimatic POS and Aimatic Sales

• Aimatic POS and Aimatic Sales are intended to be used by staff of a business against an ERPNext server that business controls and has authorized them to access.
• Both apps rely on your ERPNext server for final calculations, stock levels, accounting, and invoice/order submission — neither app makes authoritative financial or tax determinations itself. Where an app shows an estimate (for example, an offline tax estimate, or a displayed price before ERPNext confirms it), it is clearly not the final, authoritative figure.
• You are responsible for keeping staff credentials, offline PINs, and enrolled devices secure, and for promptly revoking access for staff or devices that should no longer have it.
• You are responsible for compliance with tax, accounting, and record-keeping obligations applicable to your business; these apps are tools to help meet those obligations, not a substitute for professional advice.

Using Aimatic Shopping

• Aimatic Shopping lets you browse a participating business's catalogue and place orders for delivery or pickup, subject to that individual business's own store terms (available in-app or on that business's own site) as well as these Terms.
• Product availability, pricing, and delivery terms are set by the business you're ordering from, not by Ai Matic — Ai Matic provides the software, the business decides what it sells and for how much.
• An order is confirmed only once accepted by the business; final pricing, tax, and stock availability are validated by ERPNext, not by anything shown locally in the app before that confirmation.
• Currently supported payment methods are Cash on Delivery and Store Pickup. The app does not collect card numbers or route payments through Ai Matic.

Aimatic Restaurant

Aimatic Restaurant is currently an internal pilot for waiter order-taking, used only for internal testing. It is not available for public use, and these Terms will be updated to reflect its actual terms of use before any public release.

Intellectual property

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific engagement, custom software and configuration work delivered to a client as part of a paid engagement belongs to that client upon full payment.
• Ai Matic retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general-purpose components (including the core Aimatic POS application) that are reused across engagements, and may continue to develop, license, and support them independently of any single client engagement.
• The Ai Matic name and branding remain the property of Ai Matic.

No warranty

Our website, software, and services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where such warranties cannot be excluded by applicable law. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai Matic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, software, or services. Where a specific written engagement agreement sets out different or more specific liability terms, that agreement governs for that engagement.

Termination

We may suspend or discontinue support for a given installation or account if these Terms are materially breached, without prejudice to any separately agreed engagement terms. You may stop using aimatic.tech or Aimatic POS at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of our website or software after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
